  203. in the world. It is organized by country and area code. So if you know the
  204. area code you're in, it will give you a list of all the access providers
  205. which you can reach with a local call, usually along with their prices.

  207. easily weed out the providers by looking at their phone numbers.)

  307. make no guarantees about future access. News administrators
